PARAMETRIC PATTERNS
Experiments with Grasshopper/Rhino. The patterns are set up with several variables to control all relevant parameters like overall size or the number and size of the points.
This is a standard circular pattern. Variable parameters are the overall size of the pattern, the number of points (radial/circular), the general size of the points and the decay of point size from the centre to the outer points.
A less geometric patern, based on a triangular grid. The size of the points depends on their proximity to a ramdomly generated curve.
